Beyond the Arthritis Fix: Protocols for Strong Joints

I suffered 25 years of both rheumatoid and osteoarthritis that became horrifically painful by my late 30s and early 40s. I recovered by drinking green smoothies right before doing isometric stretching.

My arthritis felt like my joints were becoming ever weaker and more painful, especially when in the stretched out position. Bending over to tie shoes, especially for my kids, was becoming excruciatingly painful. My toes hurt if I put any pressure on them when walking, and my feet felt very tired and achy, especially when shopping. Doing a deep squat caused my knees and back to scream at me. Bending over to strap my kids in the car seats was killing my lower back. Being in constant pain was negatively effecting my personality as well.

This is not going to be one of those half hour marketing pitches where they never get to the point. The solution is green smoothies right before isometric stretching, and then replenishing various basic minerals. For specifics, however, you will have to buy my book, because it’s just too much for a blog post. Reading my book out loud, with all the details, would take about 4 to 5 hours.

The drawbacks of green smoothies is that they are demineralizing, chelating, and diuretics. These problems, however, are not too bad, and take a few years to show up, unless you are taking chelating drugs or diuretic drugs. As I took more minerals, I gained layer upon layer of increasing health and joint strength with each one. Again, not content to simply take minerals, I researched what the possible drawbacks might be for each one, while trying to discover the ideal and optimal amounts to take, which are typically far higher than the RDA minimums. I continued to study vitamins, minerals, toxins, foods, and exercises for arthritis and made many discoveries that I am compelled to share in my book.

I have gone beyond healing my arthritis, and I have developed super-strong joints that are totally pain-free. Last year, I was squatting 200 pounds for 20 reps, until my legs simply got too big (by age 49) to go for a comfortable walk. I wish I knew all of these things when I was aiming to be an Olympic athlete in my early 20’s.

There is a growing controversy over the health benefits of many of the vitamins and minerals. What you think you know, may not be so. There is a growing divide between what is popular, and what is scientifically accurate. There is a huge difference between what is taught in Universities in curriculums taught to doctors and nutritionists, and what is being discovered by research scientists at other Universities.

Popular health advice is bad. Popular medical advice is usually even worse. So, what then, are my sources? I love showcasing the contradictions within government science and publications, and explaining which side of the argument is more trustworthy and why.

I cover 15 vitamins and minerals, describing which ones are best for arthritis, and why. My favorites in my book, in order of those I like best, are: boron, niacin, B3 and B6 and all the B vitamins, magnesium, vitamin K, iodine, selenium, copper, Vitamin C, zinc, msm sulfur, silica, potassium, vanadium, molybdenum, chromium.

I can hear the objections now. “I take most of those in my multi vitamin!” Yes, but it’s not working, because typical multi products have them all in the wrong ratios, such as way too much calcium, and not nearly enough boron or niacin to be effective. The next objection: “Well, why not make your own multi product then?” Because most people would not be able to tolerate it. Some people can hardly tolerate just one mineral, let alone many together, in amounts that work. Often times, it’s not because the minerals are toxic, but that they detox people too quickly. So you have to work up your own doses slowly, and you have to also separate the minerals and take them at different times during the day.

You might find healing from just one mineral. In fact, many of each of the minerals are individually touted by others as “arthritis cures” all by themselves. But the others are listed also, because they also work, and you never know what you might be deficient in until you look into something new, or in case the first one does not work in 2-3 weeks as it should. Also, things tend to work better in combination. Also, if you only take high doses of one, it might work for a few months to a year, but over time, it can lead to deficiencies in others.

I explain why one popular vitamin for arthritis and one popular mineral for arthritis can actually cause arthritis. (Vitamin D & Calcium). Of course, we need some calcium, so amounts matter! I discuss the many mechanisms of action and I link to the scientific articles behind them all, which explains the necessity of the book.

I cover 7 outstanding foods that are great for arthritis. (Greens, aloe vera, acai juice, cherries, walnuts, beef hot dogs, ice cream, and more!)

I go over at least 11 popular causes of arthritis, and how to avoid them. (Toxins, drugs, prescription drugs, alcohol, sugar, over the counter pain killers, cortisol, mercury, aluminum, fluoride, shots, mints, mentholatums, and more!)

I discuss why bleeding correlates with arthritis, and discuss 11 things that cause bleeding, and about 15 things that stop bleeding.

I discuss how to naturally boost your hormones with foods, vitamins, and minerals, and herbs to speed healing to heal faster from arthritis.

I discuss a wide array of exercises and exercise programs to help heal from arthritis, and why exercises are not to blame for arthritis, yet can be blamed if done inappropriately.

Arthritis hits 23% of Americans. It’s a national disgrace and tragedy. It might even be a national security issue! This book covers the undiscovered, little-known research that needs to be well known across the land.

I have healed from arthritis and developed not only strong joints, but I have healed many other minor health problems along the way such as old joint injuries, bone spurs, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), acne, gray hair, adrenal fatigue, exhaustion, brain fog, anxiety, depression, hemorrhoids, athlete’s foot, heel cracks, candida, and more. And I just don’t get sick or congested anymore, either.

I also show you how you can make 5 mineral supplements for pennies per month if you can measure and mix a powder in boiling water, which will save you big money in the long run, and more than cover the cost of my book. (Boron, Magnesium, Lugol’s Iodine, Potassium Iodide, and Copper Sulfate)

  1. Jason, I bought the kindle version a few days ago and have pretty much read it. I had been trying to replicate your daily routine prior to the book. The book does help further organize my plans. I do appreciate the material near the end as well as each topic of each chapter.
Something different for example is that there is a common purchase product that has Zinc 50mg and copper 2 mg bound together on tablets. Your blog shows an opinion on that, but the book was even clearer. I am surprised the product combines zinc with copper when your book says all that does is create a heat reaction. I went out and bought a copper only 2mg product and started taking it with magnesium tablets in the afternoon. I say this just as an example of how many readings it takes to adjust ones practices. I still have to solve the zinc-only nighttime practice. Seems easy but I have to still do it.

    1. There is a lot of material in my book. I don’t think the tiny bit of copper with your zinc would create any problems.

The heat reaction I remember writing about is with copper sulfate and magnesium. That creates heat. The sulfur goes to the magnesium, and in that reaction heat is created.

  2. Hey There. I found your blog using bing. This is a very well written article. I will be sure to bookmark it and come back to read more of your usefull information. Thanks for the post.mortgage banker new york
