Anti Trust Complaint Against Vaccine Companies

Vaccine companies are violating federal anti trust laws. All the big pharmaceutical companies make vaccines.

Vaccine companies are collectively bribing government officials, controlling the media, and pushing for mandatory vaccination, in violation of civil rights laws, in violation of the geneva convention of the concept of informed consent, which would give them a total monopoly over their products, because 95% of the population getting vaccinated is not enough for them, they want 100% market penetration, which, of course, is a total monopoly.

Examples of the conduct that violate anti trust laws:

  1. They are engaged in mass murder, because vaccines kill people. This is not in dispute. The Department of Justice knows about this, because the DOJ is tasked with being the civil defense attorneys on behalf of the vaccine industry in all vaccine compensation trials in vaccine court, that include vaccine injuries and deaths under the 1986 vaccine law.
  2. They have subverted, and bought, and controlled the DOJ, ever since 1986, effectively preventing you guys, from going after the biggest mass murderers in the USA. Why should the government criminal prosecuting attorneys, the DOJ, be acting as civil defense attorneys for a private industry? But the 1986 law gives the vaccine industry civil immunity for vaccine injury. It does not give them criminal immunity for murder, nor mass murder.
  3. By being the largest advertisers in the media, and having blanket civil immunity, the vaccine industry is free to engage in fraud and lies about the safety and effectiveness of vaccines, and overstates the dangers of diseases that effectively no longer exist in the USA, such as measles and Polio. There are only a few hundred cases of measles with no deaths. And no cases of natural Polio in the USA since 1979, so says the CDC.
  4. The vaccine industry makes about $40 to 50 billion per year just selling vaccines. They make multiples of that off of vaccine injured people, which could include up to half of all American children; including allergies, autoimmune diseases, asthma, Autism, and literally hundreds of other side effects listed in vaccine inserts. The profits are used to buy off most members of congress. The pharmaceutical companies donate twice as much as the next industry, oil and gas, to members of congress.
  5. Deaths from vaccines, in infants, is likely around 16,000 per year. This is from the largest study that exists, the infant death rates compared across first world nations. The USA has a rate of infant death of 6/1000 and gives the most vaccines. Japan gives the least, and has a rate of 2/1000. Other nations that give more or less vaccines have more or less infant death rates accordingly. This implies that vaccines kill 1/250 babies in the USA. The 16,000 figure is just for “infant death”. The largest category for deaths from vaccines in the government adverse event database, VAERS, is “under age 3”. So the death toll could be about three times higher.

6. The FDA knows and admits that about 100,000 deaths are from all other prescription medicines accurately prescribed and accurately taken. Vaccines may well kill less, but might be maiming and injuring far more.While there are on average 100-150 cases of a mild rash “measles” each year, the bought for news media ignore the 100,000 new cases of Autism each year, which should be 1000 times more important. Autism affects 1/40. All developmental disorders are now 1 in 6, much higher. Vaccines contain aluminum, which is a neurotoxin, so it’s no wonder that it harms brains made up of nerves. News media fraud repeats the lie that vaccines do not cause Autism, and that anti vaxxers are full of “misinformation”. No, they are the liars. There are only 24 studies the CDC relies on to show they could not find the MMR linked to Autism, and 21 of those studies were produced by Poul Thorsen, wanted for fraud, by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General. https://oig.hhs.gov/fraud/fugitives/profiles.asp

That the CDC is relying on fraudulently made studies, is fraud.

In contrast, there are 157 studies that show vaccines in general, not just MMR, causes Autism. Note, the CDC has not even studied that other vaccines don’t cause Autism, and the CDC making that claim is therefore engaged in fraud.

I’ve asked Ginger Taylor, the woman who compiled the 157 studies at that link, if she ever had the chance to give it to any lawyer involved in any vaccine litigation. She has not. It has never been used in any court ever.

Once again, vaccine companies continue to lie, through their bought and paid for media outlets, that there was only one study, by a Wakefield, that fraudulently linked vaccines and Autism, and that kind of statement, when there are 157 studies, is another major fraud.

Once again, in contrast, it is the CDC that is engaged in fraud, as exposed by William Thompson, a senior scientist at the CDC, who became a whistleblower showing that the CDC specifically covered up the evidence in their own study that the MMR vaccine caused 240% more autism among black boys, and 800% more Autism to kids when their moms were vaccinated when pregnant. People in the anti vaxx community continue to think that congress should investigate and request that Thompson testify, but a bought and paid for congress never will. Besides, it is the job of the DOJ to investigate and prosecute crimes of this scale.

Where is the product manufactured or sold?

  1. Most vaccines are now manufactured in China, with no oversight whatsoever. This represents a national security threat. China could be adding additional toxins to vaccines specifically to induce autism and nerve damage to weaken the entire nation, and there are absolutely zero safety checks or any oversight by any government agency.
  2. Most vaccines are administered to children in pediatricians’ offices, while pediatricians have almost no training in either vaccines, nutrition, nor vaccine injury, nor vaccine contraindications, nor vaccine ingredients. Doctors are on tape being surprised to learn that vaccines contain mercury. Doctors are given a $400 per child bonus by Blue Cross if they have over 63% of their patients vaccinated. This is probably an illegal kickback and/or money laundering by the vaccine industry.
  3. Most vaccine injuries first show up in emergency rooms, not the pediatricians offices, which tend to help hide the vaccine injuries taking place. Many vaccine injuries are SIDS deaths, and while doctors will say they don’t know why a SIDS death takes place, they say it can’t be the vaccines, simply because of their training and fraudulent studies, more fraud.
  4. My role in this situation is that I have two children, ages 8 and 10, who have never been vaccinated, because I knew 11 years ago that the vaccine pushers are liars. I knew back then that there was zero Polio cases in the USA, and yet some deaths from the polio vaccine, thus making it a bad bet. I have learned much since CA mandated vaccines a few years ago, pushing the issue to the forefront of my facebook activities.
  5. All Americans are harmed by each and every vaccine, as follows, since nearly all vaccines contain aluminum: Aluminum is a neurotoxin that is toxic to all cells, all tissues, all forms of life, and humans are no exception.

A. There is only one safety study on aluminum that the vaccine industry relies upon, and it is on aluminum citrate. But vaccines contain aluminum phosphate. This is fraud. It’s like saying since water is safe to drink, so is hydrogen peroxide, which is entirely different. Citrate is a chelator, which means it’s used to detox metals.

B. There are 5 milligrams of toxic aluminum phosphate, in the vaccine schedule for children. But many vital minerals have daily FDA limits of far less than 1 mg, such as copper, iodine, molybdenum, chromium. How can one of the most toxic minerals that exists, be safer in larger quantities than safe vital minerals? Since the vaccine industry is engaged in fraudulent safety studies on aluminum, their fallback argument is that it’s safe in tiny quantities, but that, too, is a lie, a criminal fraud, based on the numbers.

C. Recently, Dr. Exley, a researcher on aluminum, found aluminum at levels ten times higher in the brain tissues of Autistic dead brains.

There are many laws which mandatory vaccine pushers, including very liberal lawmakers have violated… they are engaged in conspiracy, fraud, racketeering, mass murder, civil rights violations, and many very liberal lawmakers now deserve the death penalty for making vaccines mandatory, because vaccines kill people. If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Also note, Robert F. Kennedy recently got the HHS to admit they never conducted any safety studies on vaccines, as required under the above mentioned 1986 law. The law also provides that people can sue that arm of the government for very large punitive damages, for their failure to follow any of their responsibilities under that law, such as not conducting the safety studies they never conducted.

While 16,000 infant deaths from vaccines is a lot, surprisingly, that is not my biggest concern, because, as I mentioned, 100,000 people are dying from all other prescriptions, and the medical industry as a whole are killing from 480,000 to 750,000 people through mistakes, neglect, misdiagnoses, bed sores, MRSA, sepsis, and refusal to give hospitalized people food that is as nutritious as prisoners get.

My biggest concerns are, as follows:

  1. I’m concerned that we, the people, are being denied the right to believe the facts on government websites, that Polio is killing nobody, and that the polio vaccines and other vaccines are killing people.
  2. I’m concerned that we, the people, stand a 1/6 “chance” of a developmental disorder for our children, if we vaccinate with known neurotoxins.
  3. I’m concerned that we, the people, stand a 100% chance of being poisoned on some level which will negatively harm our brains and intelligence, if we have to submit to any vaccinations that contain neurotoxins like aluminum.
  4. I’m concerned that we, the people are losing the right of “informed consent” to dangerous and deadly and disgusting medical treatments. Forced vaccines that contain human DNA is “forced cannibalism”.
  5. I’m concerned that we, the people, will have to start defending ourselves, with guns if necessary, if you refuse to defend the rights of we, the people, against mandatory poisoning through vaccines. That’s what the second amendment is for, to protect against exactly this kind of government tyranny.
  6. I’m concerned that the United States people, as a whole, are becoming dumber, through mass poisoning through vaccines and other medical interventions. 70% of people no longer qualify to serve in the Armed forces, due to people being out of shape, probably due to increasing medical toxicity, and 70% of people are now on some kind of prescription medication. Medical toxins are thus a NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT continuing to weaken and destroy the people and the nation of the USA.
  7. I’m concerned it is not merely the 16,000 dead babies, it is the entire USA that is being threatened by the fraudulent antics of the vaxmaniacs.
  8. You will all ultimately answer to God for doing nothing in the face of this clear threat.
  9. Another possibility, besides initiating a criminal prosecution action against the vaccine companies, is to initiate a qui tam lawsuit against the vaccine companies for any vaccine ever paid for by the U.S. Government, due to the many frauds perpetuated. The government deserves to be compensated for being defrauded into funding any vaccine that kills people, as not being worth the risk/reward ratio, and thus, was induced into buying it due to fraud. Anyone including a low level person at the DOJ, or any person in the public, can use the information in this report, to file a qui tam federal lawsuit against the vaccine companies.
  10. The DOJ has a limited budget. Imagine what your office could do if you won 25% of a $500 billion settlement against the vaccine companies. I guarantee you that that kind of win would be far more than any money they are bribing you with.
